TPM activity is an abbreviation for “Total Productive Maintenance” and is a production conservation activity by all members participating. Specifically, it is an activity to establish mechanisms to prevent any loss beforehand on every worksite, and to do everything from the top to the front-line employees across all sectors such as production department, technical department, sales department, management department etc.

At our company, the difference between the form that should be and the form of the present situation is taken as a loss, and the whole activity that fills up the loss is regarded as a TPM activity. We are also working on integrating environmental issues and improving quality by integrating TPM activities with ISO activities.
